For her extensive leadership ability and negotiation skills, she has received Marriott International’s top honor, Chairman’s Circle and Opening Hotel of the Year for the Residence Inn brand. As a leader in her industry, Melissa has contributed to articles in Meeting Mentor Magazines. Melissa specializes in impeccable customer service which is proven in her client retention success with having worked with most clients for more than 12 years to 20 years.
